Program description
Transactional text messages about a rental you booked on joy-ryde.com: booking confirmation, driver review status, pickup instructions for our lot near Denver International Airport, return reminders, and payment or receipt notices. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
How you opt in
Text messages are optional. You opt in only by checking the SMS consent box on the booking form at joy-ryde.com/booking. The box is unchecked by default and is not required to complete a booking. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of renting a vehicle.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies by rental activity, typically 2 to 6 messages per rental.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. Opting out does not affect your rental agreement.
