How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to operate our rental business, including:

• Processing and managing your vehicle rental booking

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message we send. To request help, reply HELP. Opting out of SMS will not affect your rental agreement or account status.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. We share your information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers: Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Twilio (SMS), and Railway (infrastructure) — each bound by their own privacy policies and data protection agreements

Data Retention

We retain your booking records, signed agreements, and payment records for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with Colorado business record-keeping requirements. Electronic signature records including typed name, IP address, and timestamp are retained for the life of the agreement and for a minimum of 5 years thereafter.
