This Agreement is between Joyryde Limited LLC (19901 E 56th Ave, Aurora CO 80019) and —, effective —.

1a. Vehicle & Term. Renter agrees to rent a — for a minimum term of — beginning —. Vehicle is subject to availability and may be substituted with a comparable model at Joyryde's sole discretion.

1b. Fees. Renter agrees to pay: (i) a one-time, strictly non-refundable Vehicle Protection Fee of $849, due at checkout; and (ii) a weekly rental rate of $249 plus applicable Colorado taxes, charged automatically every Wednesday beginning Day 8. The first 7 days are provided at no charge as a free trial period.

1c. Non-Refundable Fee. The $849 Vehicle Protection Fee is strictly non-refundable and non-cancelable under all circumstances, including early return, failure to qualify, voluntary termination, or dissatisfaction with the vehicle.

2a. Included Mileage. Renter receives 1,200 miles per week, measured Monday–Sunday. Mileage resets each Monday at 12:00 AM Mountain Time.

2b. SMS Alerts. Renter will receive an SMS at 1,000 miles as a courtesy. Renter is responsible for tracking their own usage regardless of whether any alert is received.

2c. Overage Charges. Miles over 1,200/week are billed at $100 flat fee + $0.50/mile, added to the following Wednesday's charge. Non-negotiable and non-refundable.

2d. GPS Tracking. Mileage is verified exclusively via the vehicle's onboard GPS. Tampering with or disabling the GPS device is a material breach of this Agreement.

3a. Insurance Election. Renter has selected Basic (state minimum) coverage with a deductible of $2,000. This election is final and may not be changed retroactively after an incident.

3b. Coverage Exclusions. No insurance tier covers: racing, off-road use, towing, operating under the influence, damage by unauthorized drivers, or mechanical damage from misuse. Renter accepts full personal financial responsibility for excluded damage.

3c. Deductible. In any covered claim, Renter pays the deductible of $2,000 to Joyryde within 48 hours of the claim being filed.

3d. Accident Reporting. Renter must notify Joyryde within 24 hours of any accident, theft, or damage. Failure to report voids all insurance coverage for that incident.

4a. Prohibited Uses. Strictly prohibited: (i) racing or speed contests; (ii) off-road use; (iii) towing beyond rated capacity; (iv) subleasing to any third party; (v) transporting illegal substances; (vi) driving outside the continental US without written approval; (vii) operating while impaired.

4b. Authorized Drivers Only. Only the named Renter may operate the vehicle. Allowing any other person to drive voids all insurance and is a material breach. Renter assumes full liability for any unauthorized driver.

4c. Maintenance Compliance. Renter must deliver the vehicle for any maintenance request within 48 hours of notification. Failure to comply may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

4d. Vehicle Condition. Vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted. Renter is responsible for all cleaning fees including pet hair, smoke, or excessive soiling.

5a. Minimum Term. This Agreement carries a minimum commitment of 3 months. Renter may not cancel or return the vehicle before the minimum term without forfeiting all fees paid.

5b. Cancellation After Minimum Term. After completing the minimum term, Renter may cancel with 7 days written notice prior to the next Wednesday billing date. Late notice results in one final weekly charge.

5c. Vehicle Return. Upon any termination, vehicle must be returned to 19901 E 56th Ave, Aurora CO 80019 within 48 hours. Failure to return may be reported as unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

5d. No Partial Refunds. No partial-week refunds under any circumstances.

5e. Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by Colorado law. Disputes are resolved in Denver County courts. Renter waives the right to participate in any class action against Joyryde.

OWNER'S RIGHT OF REFUSAL AND CANCELLATION

Joyryde LLC ("Owner") reserves the right to cancel any reservation or refuse vehicle delivery at its sole discretion prior to vehicle handover, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

6a. Identity Verification Failure. If the renter's identity cannot be verified at pickup, or if the renter's government-issued ID does not match the information provided during booking, the reservation will be voided.

6b. Material Misrepresentation. If any information provided during the booking process is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading, Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation and retain the Protection Fee as liquidated damages.

6c. Safety Discretion. Owner reserves the right to refuse vehicle delivery if, in Owner's sole judgment, circumstances at the time of pickup present a safety concern, including but not limited to renter behavior, renter condition, or vehicle condition.

6d. Pre-Delivery Cancellation. Owner may cancel any reservation prior to vehicle handover for any reason. In such cases, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued to the renter's original payment method within 5-10 business days.

6e. No Show. If renter fails to appear for scheduled pickup within 2 hours of the agreed pickup time without prior notice, Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation. Protection Fee is non-refundable in no-show situations.
